Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Shipping is arranged according to the destination, part type, weight, urgency, and written quotation. The website does not present freight or delivery time as real-time guarantees.
Method and lead time
The quotation or order confirmation identifies the available shipping method and estimated preparation or transit basis. Estimates may change because of stock, carrier, customs, weather, or destination conditions.
Freight, tax, and customs
Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, brokerage, and destination charges are included only when the written quotation says so. The buyer should confirm local import requirements.
Address and delivery checks
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and contact details. Inspect packages promptly and keep packaging, labels, photos, and carrier records if damage or shortage is suspected.
Split or special shipments
Heavy, hazardous, oversized, made-to-order, or mixed-availability items may require separate shipment or special handling, which will be confirmed before order acceptance.
Email [email protected] and identify the relevant RFQ, account, or order when available.
