RFQ & Quotation Terms

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Submitting an RFQ asks FORKORA to review the supplied evidence and follow up. It does not create an order, reserve stock, or guarantee fitment, price, or delivery.

Information needed

Provide the part number when known, brand, model, serial clue, quantity, destination country, and clear photos or diagram references. Missing evidence may require clarification before quotation.

Quotation scope

Each written quotation states the quoted items, currency, validity, availability or lead-time basis, delivery terms, payment terms, and any specific warranty or return conditions.

Confirmation before ordering

Review part numbers, descriptions, quantities, machine application, shipping address, and commercial terms. An order is accepted only after written confirmation and any required payment conditions are met.

Changes and expiry

Price, exchange rates, freight, availability, and lead time may change after a quotation expires or when the requested specification changes.
