Toyota 58810-13900-71 SENSOR ASSY | 7FBR10-7FBR30 Forklifts

Overview

The Toyota 58810-13900-71 SENSOR ASSY is a replacement sensor assembly designed for Toyota 7FBR series electric reach trucks. Sensor assemblies relay operating data to the truck’s control system, helping manage travel and lifting functions safely and efficiently. When a sensor begins to fail, operators may see fault codes, inconsistent performance, or unexpected shutdowns. Fitting the correct 58810-13900-71 SENSOR ASSY restores dependable signal communication and helps your reach truck return to full working order.

Compatibility

The 58810-13900-71 for 7FBR10 and the rest of the 7FBR family covers a broad fitment range across Toyota’s electric reach truck lineup:

• Toyota 7FBR10/13/15/18 series electric reach trucks
• Toyota 7FBR20/25/30 series electric reach trucks
• Toyota 7FBRS20 reach truck

Because sensors can vary between production runs, always confirm the part number along with your truck’s model and serial number before ordering. Our team is happy to help verify fitment.

Quality and Reliability

Toyota electric reach trucks are engineered for precision, and their sensors must meet the same standard. This SENSOR ASSY is specified for the 7FBR series, with matching connectors and mounting points intended for direct installation. Choosing a part built to the correct 58810-13900-71 specification helps avoid the fitment issues and inaccurate readings that can come from generic alternatives, protecting both uptime and safety in busy warehouse operations.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Disconnect the battery and follow your site’s lockout/tagout procedures before starting work.
• Photograph the original sensor’s position, connector orientation, and cable routing before removal.
• Replace damaged fasteners, clips, or seals while the area is accessible.
• After installing the new sensor assembly, clear stored fault codes and run a full test cycle to confirm normal operation.
• If warning codes persist, have a qualified technician inspect the harness and related components.
