Jungheinrich 50019065 Cap, Distributor for CD/CL Forklifts

Overview

The Jungheinrich 50019065 Cap, Distributor is a replacement ignition component for Jungheinrich internal combustion forklift trucks. The distributor cap routes high voltage from the ignition coil to the spark plugs in the correct firing order, which is essential for smooth combustion and dependable engine performance. When a cap becomes worn, cracked or contaminated with moisture, the engine can misfire, start hard or run unevenly. Fitting a correct-specification part such as the 50019065 Cap, Distributor helps restore reliable operation and consistent power delivery.

Compatibility

The 50019065 for CD/CL and related trucks fits several widely used Jungheinrich model series:

• CD/CL 40-50 series
• C/H series
• DFG/TFG 40-50 series
• CK/CS series
• TFG 40 series

These Jungheinrich diesel, LPG and petrol counterbalance trucks are common in warehouses, logistics centers and industrial yards. Before ordering, always check your truck’s model designation and serial number against your current cap to confirm a correct match for your ignition system.

Quality and Reliability

The 50019065 Cap, Distributor is designed to match the original fit and function of the part installed on your Jungheinrich truck. Precise dimensional fit, stable insulating material and secure terminal connections support consistent ignition performance under the daily demands of material handling work, helping reduce downtime caused by ignition faults.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Disconnect the battery before working on the ignition system.
