Komatsu 07123-00407 HOSE for FD100-FD180-6 Forklifts

Overview

The Komatsu 07123-00407 HOSE is a replacement hose assembly used on a range of Komatsu electric and diesel forklifts, including the FB15RJ/18RJ-10 electric models and the heavy-duty FD100 through FD180-6 diesel range. Hoses are among the hardest-working parts on any lift truck: constant heat, pressure cycles and abrasion eventually cause them to crack, swell or leak. Fitting a new 07123-00407 HOSE restores correct flow and pressure, helping your truck perform the way Komatsu intended.

Compatibility

The 07123-00407 for FB15RJ/18RJ-10 electric counterbalance trucks carries the same part number across several large-capacity Komatsu diesel families. Confirmed applications include:

• FB15RJ/18RJ-10 electric counterbalance series
• FD100/115/135-6 series, including the -OP variants
• FD150-6, FD150E-6 and FD160E-6 series
• FD180-6 large diesel forklifts

If you are not certain this hose matches your truck, send us your model and serial number and our parts team will confirm fitment before you order.

Quality and Reliability

Every 07123-00407 HOSE is supplied under the original Komatsu part number and built to match the factory specification in form, fit and function. That means correct hose length, end fittings and routing, so the part drops straight into place without modification. A hose engineered for the exact application helps maintain stable hydraulic performance, reduces the risk of premature failure on the job and protects surrounding components from leaks and contamination.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Depressurize the relevant circuit and let the machine cool before removing the old hose.
• Catch drained fluid correctly and keep dirt out of open lines and fittings.
• Route the new hose exactly like the original, avoiding sharp bends, pinch points and hot surfaces.
• Replace worn seals or O-rings while the circuit is open, and reuse only undamaged clamps.
• After installation, cycle the truck and inspect every joint for weeping or leaks under load.
• At each service interval, check hoses for cracks, abrasion, bulges and soft spots, and replace them before they fail.
