Mitsubishi 0574825665 Nylon Hose for 1-5.5 Ton Forklifts

Overview

The Mitsubishi 0574825665 HOSE, NYLON L=3325 M.L.H 3.7M is a replacement nylon hose produced to the original factory specification for a wide range of Mitsubishi forklifts. Nylon lines play an important role in a truck’s fluid and air circuits, and correct length matters: the 3325 mm cut matches the OEM routing exactly, so the hose seats cleanly along the factory clips and brackets without stretching, kinking, or leaving slack that can rub against the chassis. If your current line is cracked, chafed, or leaking, fitting the correct-length part is the most reliable way to restore safe, dependable operation.

Compatibility

This hose is catalogued for Mitsubishi forklifts across a broad capacity range, so one part number covers many trucks in a mixed fleet:

• Light-duty: 1TON and 2TON models
• Mid-range: 3TON, 3.5TON, and 4TON models
• Heavy-duty: 4.5TON, 5TON, and 5.5TON models

Whether you are searching for the 0574825665 for 1TON warehouse trucks or a 5.5TON yard machine, the same hose applies across the range. Because each capacity class can span several chassis series, we recommend confirming the part number against your truck’s model and serial number before ordering — our team is happy to help you verify fitment.

Quality and Reliability

Nylon is the material of choice for lines like this because it combines strength with flexibility. It resists abrasion, corrosion, and the everyday wear found around a busy dock or yard, and it holds its shape under pressure far better than ageing rubber alternatives. Every 0574825665 hose we supply is sourced to match Mitsubishi’s original dimensions and markings, including the L=3325 M.L.H 3.7M designation, so the part that arrives matches the part that comes off your truck.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Depressurize the relevant circuit and allow the truck to cool before removing the old hose.
• Photograph the original routing to make reinstallation straightforward.
• Run the new hose exactly as the factory line did, using all clips and grommets to prevent chafing.
• Avoid sharp bends or twists; nylon line performs best with smooth, gradual routing.
• Check the connections after the first few hours of operation and inspect the hose at every routine service.
