Linde 3522220809 Fuel Injection Pump for H35D-H50D Forklift

Overview

The 3522220809 fuel injection pump is a replacement spare part for Linde diesel-powered forklifts. As one of the most critical components in the fuel system, the injection pump delivers fuel to the engine at the correct pressure and timing. When this component begins to wear, operators may notice hard starting, loss of power under load, irregular idling or increased fuel consumption. Fitting a new 3522220809 pump helps restore dependable fuel delivery and consistent engine performance, keeping your Linde truck productive through long shifts.

Compatibility

The 3522220809 for H35D, H40D, H45D and H50D models covers the Linde H35D-H50D diesel counterbalance series. These trucks are widely used in warehouses, yards, building sites and heavy-duty material handling applications, so having the correct replacement fuel injection pump on hand helps minimize costly downtime.

Covered model range:

• Linde H35D
• Linde H40D

Quality and Reliability

This Linde fuel injection pump is supplied to match the original specification for fit and function. A correctly operating injection pump supports smooth combustion, stable engine speed and reliable lifting performance, even in demanding duty cycles. Choosing the correct part number the first time protects your engine and helps you avoid repeated failures caused by incompatible or poorly matched components.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Have the pump fitted by a qualified forklift technician, as injection timing and fuel line connections must be set correctly.
• Replace the fuel filters at the same time to prevent contamination from reaching the new pump.
• Bleed the fuel system thoroughly after installation to remove trapped air.
• Inspect fuel lines and seals for wear while the pump is accessible.
• Use clean, good-quality diesel and keep the tank free of sediment and water.
• Keep the 3522220809 part number recorded in your maintenance log for fast reordering.
