50308512 Oil Filter for Jungheinrich CD/CL, DFG/TFG Trucks

Overview

The 50308512 Filter, Oil is a replacement engine oil filter supplied for Jungheinrich forklift trucks. Clean oil is the lifeblood of any combustion engine: the filter captures metal particles, soot and dust before they can reach bearings, camshafts and cylinders. Fitting a fresh 50308512 oil filter at every oil change helps maintain stable oil pressure, reduces engine wear and supports consistent performance across long warehouse and yard shifts. If you service Jungheinrich counterbalance trucks, this is the filter worth keeping on the shelf.

Compatibility

This oil filter fits a wide range of Jungheinrich diesel and LPG forklift series, including:

• CD/CL 40-50 series – the 50308512 for CD/CL trucks covers this truck family in the 40-50 class
• C/H variants within the listed truck families
• DFG/TFG 40-50 series – Jungheinrich diesel (DFG) and LPG (TFG) counterbalance trucks
• CK/CS series
• TFG 40 series

Always confirm fitment by checking the part number 50308512 against your truck’s service documentation or data plate before ordering.

Quality and Reliability

The 50308512 is produced to Jungheinrich’s original specification, so its dimensions, threads, valve settings and filtration media are matched to the engines used in these trucks. A correct-sealing gasket helps prevent oil leaks, while the filter’s internal pressure relief supports lubrication during cold starts and high-load operation. Choosing the correct filter for your model, rather than a near-match, protects your engine and helps your forklifts stay dependable between services.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Replace the oil filter at every oil change, following the interval stated in your Jungheinrich service manual.
• Run the engine briefly to warm the oil before draining, then shut down and secure the truck.
• Lightly oil the new gasket, spin the filter on by hand and tighten according to the manufacturer’s guidance — avoid over-tightening.
• After the first start, check the filter area for leaks and top up the oil to the correct level.
• Dispose of the used filter and oil in line with local regulations.
