036909195 LP Hose Assembly MLH3700 for Mitsubishi FB10-FB18

Overview

The 036909195 Hose Assembly, LP HOSE, LP, MLH3700 is a replacement LP hose assembly for Mitsubishi FB-series forklifts. Manufactured to the Mitsubishi MLH3700 specification, it is designed to install as a direct replacement for the original hose, with matching dimensions and fittings. LP hoses operate under demanding conditions, flexing with every movement of the truck while exposed to heat, vibration, and abrasion, so a worn or damaged hose should always be replaced promptly with a correct-fit part like this one.

Compatibility

The 036909195 fits the Mitsubishi FB10–FB18 CA series, covering both the (H)CA1(J) variants — FB10(H)CA1(J), FB14(H)CA1(J), FB15(H)CA1(J), and FB18(H)CA1(J) — and the standard CA trucks from FB10CA through FB18CA. If you are searching for 036909195 for FB10(H)CA1(J) or need the matching hose for an FB15CA or FB18CA, this part number is the correct reference. As always, confirm your truck’s model and serial number before ordering, because related chassis codes can call for different hose assemblies.

Quality and Reliability

LP applications leave no margin for error, so the 036909195 is built to the Mitsubishi MLH3700 specification with durable hose material and securely finished fittings. Its construction is chosen to withstand the temperature swings, vibration, and daily wear typical of warehouse, dock, and yard operations. Replacing a degraded hose with a correct-fit assembly helps reduce the risk of leaks, unplanned downtime, and safety-related interruptions in your operation.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Have the hose fitted by a qualified technician who is trained to work on LP systems.
• Inspect the entire LP line for cracks, bulges, abrasion, or damaged fittings at every scheduled service.
• Route the new hose away from sharp edges and hot surfaces, and secure it so it cannot rub or kink.
• Check all connections carefully after installation and before the truck returns to service.
• Replace the assembly immediately if any damage appears — an LP hose should never be patched or repaired.
