Jungheinrich 25303390 Cap, Threaded for EKC Forklifts

Overview

The 25303390 Cap, Threaded is a Jungheinrich spare part supplied for the EKC series of electric forklift trucks. Though small, a threaded cap performs a genuinely useful job: it closes off a threaded opening in the truck’s assembly, helping to keep out dust, moisture and other contaminants while giving the component a clean, finished appearance. Fitting the correct cap rather than a generic alternative helps preserve the intended fit and sealing behaviour of the original design.

Compatibility

This 25303390 for EKC application covers the Jungheinrich EKC forklift family, including:

• EKC 12.5 / 16
• EKC 20
• EKC-Z series

Rather than checking every chassis code individually, the simplest way to confirm fitment is to match the part number 25303390 against the parts diagram for your specific truck. If you are unsure, share your forklift’s serial number or data-plate details with our team and we will help you verify the correct part before you order.

Quality and Reliability

Because this cap is produced to the Jungheinrich original specification, it is manufactured to the correct thread form, diameter and material grade for the EKC platform. That matters for a threaded component: an inaccurate thread can cross-tighten, sit proud of the housing or loosen under vibration. Using the 25303390 Cap, Threaded keeps the installation consistent with how the truck was originally built, supporting dependable day-to-day operation.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Clean the threaded opening and surrounding area before fitting so no debris is sealed underneath.
• Start the cap by hand to confirm the thread engages smoothly and without cross-threading.
• Tighten firmly but do not overtighten; excessive torque can damage the thread or the cap itself.
• During routine service, check the cap for cracks, worn threads or loosening caused by vibration.
• Replace the cap immediately if it is damaged, because a missing or loose cap leaves the opening exposed to dirt and moisture.
