Mitsubishi 0577008078 HOSE, RUBBER for FD10-FD20C Forklifts

Overview

The 0577008078 HOSE, RUBBER is a genuine Mitsubishi replacement rubber hose for Mitsubishi FD-series diesel counterbalance forklifts. Rubber hoses are natural wear items: constant heat, vibration and fluid flow slowly harden the material until cracks, leaks and pressure loss appear. Replacing a worn hose with the correct part number, such as the 0577008078 for FD10 and the other compatible models listed below, restores the original connection and keeps your truck dependable.

Compatibility

This Mitsubishi rubber hose fits the following diesel forklift ranges:

• FD10-FD20C series: FD10, FD14, FD15, FD18 and FD20C
• N-series variants: FD10N, FD15N and FD18N

Before ordering, compare the number on your current hose with 0577008078 or check your parts manual. Matching the part number against your model and serial number is the most reliable way to confirm fitment.

Quality and Reliability

The 0577008078 is produced to Mitsubishi’s original specifications, so dimensions, wall thickness and connection points match the component fitted at the factory. A correctly specified rubber hose maintains proper routing, sealing and clearance around nearby components, reducing the risk of chafing and premature failure. For busy warehouses and yards, that consistency means fewer unplanned stops and more predictable maintenance planning.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Relieve system pressure and let the truck cool before removing the old hose.
• Note the original routing so the new 0577008078 hose sits in exactly the same position.
• Renew clamps, seals or O-rings at the same time if they show wear.
• After installation, run the truck and inspect every joint for weeping or drips.
• During routine services, check all rubber hoses for cracks, bulges, abrasion and softness, and replace them at the first sign of deterioration.
