Linde 0009832044 Air Filter Vorfilter for H20D H25D H30D

Overview

The Linde 0009832044 air filter Vorfilter is a pre-filter element (“Vorfilter” is German for pre-filter) fitted to Linde internal combustion forklift trucks. Mounted upstream of the main air filter cartridge, it captures coarse dust, grit and airborne debris before these contaminants can reach the primary filter or the engine. By taking on the roughest filtration work, the Vorfilter helps extend main filter service life and supports steady engine performance in dusty, demanding environments such as yards, warehouses and construction sites.

Compatibility

This 0009832044 for H20D applications fits a range of Linde counterbalance forklifts in the H20–H30 series, including:

• H20D diesel trucks, including the EX variant
• H25D diesel trucks, including the EX variant
• H30D diesel trucks, including the EX variant
• H20T trucks

Because Linde has used similar model designations across generations, we recommend confirming fitment by comparing your existing filter or truck documentation with part number 0009832044 before ordering.

Quality and Reliability

Air filtration is one of the most cost-effective ways to protect an engine. The 0009832044 air filter Vorfilter is produced to match the original Linde specification for fit and function, with filter media chosen to trap particulates while maintaining the airflow the engine expects. Accurate dimensions and a proper seal matter: a poorly fitting pre-filter can allow unfiltered air to bypass the system entirely. This replacement is designed to seat correctly in the filter housing of the compatible Linde trucks listed above.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

• Inspect the Vorfilter at every scheduled service, and more often in dusty conditions.
• Replace the pre-filter rather than cleaning it once it is visibly loaded, as cleaning can damage the media.
• Check the housing and seals during replacement and remove any accumulated dust before fitting the new filter.
• Ensure the filter is fully seated and the housing closes securely.
• Keeping a spare 0009832044 on hand helps avoid unplanned downtime.
