036909265 HOSE-LP HOSE, LP, MLH7000 | Mitsubishi FB10CZ1
Overview
The 036909265 HOSE-LP HOSE, LP, MLH7000 is a replacement LP hose supplied under Mitsubishi part number 036909265 for the FB10CZ1, FB15CZ1 and FB18CZ1 forklifts. Hoses in the LP circuit work under constant pressure, heat and vibration, so they wear steadily over the life of the truck. Replacing a cracked, chafed or leaking hose promptly helps prevent unplanned downtime and keeps the machine operating as designed. This hose is produced to match the original Mitsubishi specification, so it serves as a direct replacement for the corresponding item in your parts diagram.
Compatibility
The 036909265 for FB10CZ1 is equally specified for the other trucks in the CZ1 series. This hose is designed to fit:
- Mitsubishi FB10CZ1
- Mitsubishi FB15CZ1
- Mitsubishi FB18CZ1
These models share the same CZ1 chassis layout, so one hose assembly covers the range. Because manufacturers sometimes revise components mid-production, we recommend checking part number 036909265 against the parts manual for your truck’s serial number before ordering. If you are unsure, send us your model and serial number and our team will confirm fitment.
Quality and Reliability
This LP hose is manufactured to match the dimensions, end fittings and pressure specification of the original Mitsubishi component, so it connects to existing hardware without modification. The hose body and fittings are chosen for resistance to heat, oil and abrasion — the conditions a forklift hose normally faces around the chassis. Consistent tolerances mean the hose seats correctly without stretching or forcing during installation.
Installation and Maintenance Tips
- Depressurize the circuit and let the truck cool before removing the old hose.
- Compare the old hose with the new 036909265 hose — length, fittings and bend angles — before fitting.
- Route the hose away from sharp edges, hot surfaces and moving parts, and secure it with the original clips and clamps.
- Tighten fittings to the torque values in the Mitsubishi service manual and carry out a leak check afterwards.
- Inspect hoses at every service interval for cracking, bulging, chafing or dampness at the connections, and log replacement dates.
